    The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below we inform you in detail about the handling of your data.

    We collect, process and store the data you provide when you order from us, request information from us and contact us, including your contact information. We process and use your data to provide you with the service requested.

    Processing data (costumer and contract data)
    We collect, process and use personal data only as they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data).
    This is done on a basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
    On our website we only collect, process and use personal data (usage data) as far as this is necessary to enable or charge the user for the use of the service.

    You can visit our website without giving any personal information. We only store the access data without personal reference such as the name of your internet provider, the page from which you visit us or the name of the requested file. These data are evaluated exclusively for the improvement of our offer and do not allow us in any conclusion on your person.

    Google Maps
    This Website uses the map service of Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

    To use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. These informations are usually transmitted and stored on a Google server in the United States.
    The provider of this Website has no influence on this data transfer. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the places we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

  4. 4. Newsletter data
    If you like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you and the confirmation that you agree to the receipt of the newsletter. Afterwards you will receive another e-mail from us asking for confirmation.

    Further data are not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for the delivery of the requested information and do not pass it on third parties.

    The processing of the data entered into the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO). The granted consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of the already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.

    The data deposited for obtaining the newsletter will be saved until your cancellation and will be deleted afterwards. Data that has been stored for other purposes (for example e-mail addresses for the members area) remain unaffected.

    Data transmission at the conclusion of the contract [for example transit of goods]

    We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the course of the contract, for example to the bank responsible for processing the payment.

    A further transmission of the data does not take place (except if you have expressly consented to the transmission). A transfer of our data to third parties without explicit consent, such as for advertising purposes, does not occur.

    Data transmission according to legal regulations
    We only release data to authorities and third parties in accordance with statutory provisions or judicial title. This can be the case, for example, in customs procedures.
